Your Serve

One Sunday a month Parkview’s high school ministry puts “feet to our faith” by serving our community in the name of Jesus Christ.  We call this ministry “Your Serve” and we base it on the words of the Apostle James;

“What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds?  Can such faith save him?  Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to him, 'Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed,' but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it?” (James 2:14-16)

At Ignite! we strive to provide students with opportunities throughout the year to put their faith to action, in the hope that serving others will simply become part of their DNA. Your Serve is one way we do this.
